Previously everytime I bake banana cake my family keep on complaining the 'soda' taste which is quiet bitter.. I myself didn't like the taste as well.. This time I try to bake banana cake without sodium bicarbonate & should be without much liquid from milk too...
Surprisingly, it turns out to be very fluffy & taste better.. (erk.. tak pernah lagik den bikin cake seloyang terus diorang satu rumah nih makan abis.. hihihihih I'm so happy!!)
Lets check the recipe (for my future reference too):
Ingredients:
100g butter
100g soft brown sugar
1 tablespoon ovelate
2 large eggs
130g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
3-5 banana (mash but make it bit chunky)
Method:
Cream butter and sugar till fluffy, beat in egg one after another till the ingredient become very lite and creamy, fold in sifted flour with baking powder & cinnamon powder. Mix mashed banana in the batter. Pour the batter into bundt form pan and bake in the preheated oven at 170˚C for about 30-40 minutes.
